Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the sv4 platform — whether through the website or mobile app — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the sv4 platform immediately. Acceptance of these terms is a mandatory condition for using the services provided.
The sv4 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. sv4 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts that fail to demonstrate compliance.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted only one active account on sv4. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balances.
During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date. False or incomplete information may result in your account being suspended or closed without prior notice.
- Your account password is solely your responsibility. Do not share it with anyone.
- Sv4 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone call.
- All activity that occurs under your login credentials is your responsibility, unless you have already reported a loss of access to the support team.
- The payment account name must match the name registered on your sv4 account for withdrawal verification purposes.
Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or following certain account activity. sv4 reserves the right to request appropriate supporting documents.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As an sv4 user, you agree to comply with all platform usage rules as set out below. Breaching any of the following rules may result in action being taken, including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure:
- The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised method to access or interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to exploit bugs, system vulnerabilities, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
- Any form of fraud, money laundering, or activity that violates Malaysian law through the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Sharing platform content or using sv4's logos, name, or materials without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable local laws.
Sv4 reserves the right to monitor account activity to detect suspicious behaviour and take appropriate action at the platform's discretion.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the sv4 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Boost eWallet, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and online banking via FPX. sv4 does not accept foreign currency payments and will not perform currency conversions on behalf of users.
Deposit
- A minimum deposit amount may apply depending on your chosen payment method.
- Successfully processed deposits will be credited to your sv4 account within the timeframe stated on the deposit page.
- Sv4 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal
- Withdrawals may only be made to an account held in the name of the same registered user.
- All wagering requirements attached to a bonus must be fulfilled before withdrawals are permitted.
- Sv4 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
- In cases of suspected fraud, sv4 reserves the right to place withdrawal processing on hold while an investigation is conducted.
Any transaction disputes must be reported to the sv4 support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be able to be processed.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Sv4 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including data loss, service interruptions, or financial losses resulting from game outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis with no specific guarantees regarding availability or continuity of service.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, software, and materials on the sv4 platform are owned by or licensed to sv4. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The sv4 platform may reference third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. sv4 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Sv4 reserves the right to suspend or close any account found to be in violation of these terms, involved in fraud, operating multiple accounts, or abusing promotions. In cases of closure due to a breach, account balances may be forfeited depending on the circumstances.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the sv4 support team. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal once all requirements have been met.
Changes to These Terms
Sv4 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are advised to review this page periodically.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the sv4 platform are subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
